Last weekend, The Conjuring: Last Rites went head-to-head with lighter, indie offerings Twinless and Splitsville. The Long Walk, a buzzy Stephen King adaptation, hits theater screens against the well-established historical drama, Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale. Meanwhile, the Paul Mescal and Josh O’Connor-starring The History of Sound goes limited before a future expansion.
